How an order works

No account is required. An order belongs to the browser that created it. The price is USD $9.90 for one complete 15-second, vertical, silent AI video. Each order is a separate one-time purchase, without a subscription or balance. The price is shown before you leave for Stripe Checkout. Generation begins after Stripe confirms successful payment. Keep the original browser cookie and order number to return to your result.

Returning to your order

The browser cookie lasts one year and renews when you open your order. Photo access initially lasts seven days after upload; when the video completes, both photo and video access last seven days from completion. Files for paid tasks that are still queued, processing or being checked are retained while they are resolved. Download your finished video before it expires. Order and payment records are kept separately from the media.

AI video results

AI video can change facial details, hands, clothing, and movement. The main video is marked as an AI-generated result. The three linked TikTok clips are trend references from their credited creator. Results can vary with your photo; review your generated video before sharing it.

Availability

Checkout availability is shown on the order page. If checkout is unavailable before you pay, you will not be charged for a new order. If you have already paid, return to your existing order to check its status rather than paying again.

Failed orders and refunds

If we confirm that your paid order has failed or its video was not delivered, you may request a full refund to the original payment method. Email [email protected] with your order number for order questions or a refund request. Refund requests are reviewed and processed by support; they are not automatic.

If payment or generation status is uncertain, contact support so we can check the existing order before you pay or submit again. These terms do not limit any statutory consumer rights you may have.
