You can upload a photo without creating an account. An essential browser cookie connects your browser to your orders. It lasts one year and renews when you open an order belonging to this browser. We do not use this cookie for advertising.

Your photos and orders

When you select a photo, it is first shown on your device. When you continue, the photo and order details are stored on the service host with access restricted to the browser that created the order. Clearing that browser cookie can remove your access. An order number alone does not grant access to a photo or video.

Payments and video processing

Stripe handles payment details on its hosted checkout page when you pay for an order. We do not store your full card number. After payment is confirmed, we send your photo and our motion reference to Kie AI for Seedance Mini video processing. This transfer uses temporary, randomly named file URLs that Kie documents as lasting 24 hours. Anyone who has one of those temporary URLs can access the file during that period. The finished video is copied to private storage on our service.

Storage and retention

Photo access initially expires seven days after upload. When your video completes, access to both the photo and video lasts seven days from completion. Files needed for paid orders that are still queued, processing or being checked are retained until the task can be resolved. The cleanup worker removes eligible expired media. Payment and order records are retained separately for verification and support; media expiry does not delete those records. The one-year browser cookie does not extend media storage to one year. Browser storage remembers your current order number.

Analytics and your choices

We use Google Analytics for page statistics, cookie-free Plausible analytics hosted at stats.linyangqing.com, and Microsoft Clarity for public-page heatmaps and session recordings. These services receive technical request information such as browser details and network addresses. We keep advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization disabled.

Ordinary regional defaults allow analytics storage. In the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google Consent Mode defaults analytics storage to denied; Clarity follows the same consent signal. Limited cookie-free measurement may still occur under those defaults. An explicit choice below takes priority, and Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control turns optional analytics off. We do not show a site-wide consent popup.

Page statistics use public page addresses and filtered referral origins. Order identifiers, payment parameters, filenames, photo addresses and video result addresses are excluded. Clarity does not load on order-return URLs or when this browser has a saved order. The upload and order area is masked, and recording stops before photo selection or a file drop. We do not send custom customer identifiers to these analytics services.

You can turn off all optional analytics below. Your choice is saved in this browser when storage is available. Turning analytics off clears this site’s analytics cookies without clearing the essential order cookie. Already collected statistics are not removed by changing this setting.

Checkout availability

The order page shows whether checkout is available. If checkout is unavailable before you pay, you will not be charged for a new order. If you have already paid, use your existing order to check its status.
